From this point we will either work with your architect or we will bring in one of our preferred architects/designers. We work closely with our clients and architects to arrange the plans in such a way that satisfies all your hopes and dreams from the start. This is the first time your vision will be interpreted on paper as the preliminary design gets underway making this a very important step in assuring your house matches your original concept.
Planning Commission (Poleodomia)
Time to get Building Permits. It is time to send the Architectural and Engineering plans to the local Planning Commission Office for approval. The approval process takes from 3 to 6 months depending on the complexity of the building and constr.
Materials
After determining the architecture and layout of your house, it is time to start pursuing the many unique facets. Exterior color, stone, accenting stone, door styles, wrought iron color, driveway materials, and so on and so forth are just a few of the many material choices needed to be made. Not to mention the many interior selections as as cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colors, light fixtures. Do not be alarmed by the many decisions that you need to make.
