The following is an approximate schedule of work and may vary according to the season, number of public holidays, strikes and any unforeseen delays. The order of works is correct but you will need a very srict and capable customer service/project Manager (if you cannot be the one) to ensure that the schedule of works continues uninterrupted and the whole project finishes within the time you have agreed on your contract and within the budget you have agreed upon in the contract (Do not forget you need one and one that is drawn by your own solicitor and not the Engineer's, Builder's, Land owner's one...protect yourself from possible conflicts of interest.....if something goes wrong, youu need YOUR own solicitor to protect you)
